As you enter the front door you immediately see through the living room to the back yard with pool and ocean. The view is extraordinary. The property is located on a small bluff above the sea, on the North coast of Vieques. The small island airport with direct flights from San Juan or Fajardo is only a 15 minute ride away. 15 minutes the other way takes you into the only town on Vieques, Isabel Segunda, commonly called 'El Pueblo'. 5 miles to the south, on the south coast of the Island are the Reserves of US Fish and Wildlife and the Department of Natural Resources of Puerto Rico. Within those two reserves long dirt roads take you to some of the worlds most untouched and beautiful white sand beaches with turquoise water.
 

Guest Rooms

Punta Martineau Villa features a large master bedroom suite with magnificent beach and ocean views. The Master bedroom at Punta Martineau consists of the entire second floor, with a large private terrace overlooking the sea and pool area. A steam room, walk in closet, two sinks, shower and toilet comprise the bath area. The master bed is king size. A large flat screen TV, DVD player, writing desk, chairs and corner cabinets look out onto the terrace and views of the sea.

There are also two guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The guest rooms are professionally decorated, including original pieces from Indonesia, Mexico, the United States and Europe. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, king size and 2 full size bedding per villa, 1 rollaway bed per villa and Bose Wave stereos in each bedroom. Each ground floor bedroom has a lovely little terrace in front with views to the pool and sea and each of the bathrooms has a small enclosed, private terrace adjoining it.

Punta Martineau is a three bedroom, three bath ultra luxury villa. Living room, 2 private terraces, pool gazebo with grill, infinity edge pool, private jacuzy, steam bath, European kitchen, original artwork and custom made furniture, full air conditioning, hi fidelity stereo and cable TV are available. This luxury vacation villa is fully equipped gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances and entertaining accessories. Enjoy stunning views of the pool and beach from the luxurious tiled terrace, patio, and all bedrooms.

Activities, Entertainment & Close by Attractions

The best of Vieques is only minutes away from the villa. You can enjoy water sports, bio-bay tours, horse back riding, bicycling, and use of all resort's amenities. Guests can enjoy being within the premises of Vieques' only five (5) star resort, which has restaurants, spa, resort shop, water sports and private beaches. Use of this facilities requires payment to the resort.

Enjoy the best food on the island just minutes away from Playa Martineau. Try delicious selections and refreshing drinks at M-Bar, Uva Carribbean Cuisine, Media Luna, Bili which are among our favorites. M-Bar is located right outside Martineau Bay and Uva at the entrance to Isabel II. You are also welcome to stay at the villa for a home cooked meal in your fully equipped kitchen.

• May 1 to August 31 > $800.00 per night
• September 1 to December 14 > $800.00 per night
• Holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving & the like $1,100.00 (full price)
